BS ISO/IEC 20000-1 Information technology. Service management helps users establish and run a service management system (SMS) that systematically and consistently improves the delivery of a service. BS ISO/IEC 20000-2:2019+A1:2020 is Part 2 in the series and gives guidance on how to apply an SMS based on Part 1.
